Tiny victory, can only hold for 20 seconds but a few months ago I really couldn't even hold myself up...hopefully getting closer to actually being able to do a proper push up! (One of my silly goals!)

Sorry, had to share!

That is great! You should feel so proud! This reminds me of how I did one non-modified push-up for the first time (I can currently only do 2) but I mean, the first time I did that 1 I felt stoked!!!

I only just discovered planks a couple of years ago and I really like doing them. I'm trying to figure out which way is the best (straight arm, bend at elbow with forearm on the floor & hands clasped).

I'm not sure what is the best, but I like doing them all. I find different variations hit different spots on my body. The elbow version really hits my core and back muscles. The straight arm version targets my triceps and glutes. I recently graduated to the walking planks and I really feel it in my chest.

It's strange how it can get you so excited isn't it! I can't wait to do my first push up! And to think 6 months ago I literally had not exercised since before I had my eldest (8yrs old).
