  • I think 10 pounds is nothing compared to losing a toe or worse because of a serious infection, which it sounds like you have. You need to go to the Doctor, NOW. Or the emergency room if you think you can see bone. Seriously!! Now. Go. I would say run, dont walk, but given the situation you are in..... just get there.
  • It doesn't sound like you are eating enough and your body thinks it is starving. 1250 is not a lot, like bare minimum, especially when doing insanity. I would try eating more. Did you do the insanity worksheet that calculates your recommended calorie intake?

  • Thanks, that is exactly what I needed to know. Go by the net number.
  • This is what I have heard about why it is easier to run on a treadmill.... The motorized belt helps do some of the work in running/jogging/walking because the belt pulls your leg back for you. So you are technically doing a little less work on a treadmill.
  • Why not use regular whey protein powder. I was under the impression that people only use soy based protein powder when they can't tolerate whey.
  • I was just thinking this the other day! It would be great if it could give you suggestions for what to eat based on calories remaining.
  • A serving of the Bare Naked granola. I bring a small tupperware to work with me that holds about 1/2 cup of it. A serving is 1/4 cup. Good and crunchy.
