Compression socks can help! I wore them for a while because I work 10 hour days as a server. A coworker suggested I try them...Not entirely sure how it works but combined with that, stretching, and avoiding the treadmill. My feet are feeling a LOT better. :)

I'm on some kind of generic zoloft and if anything, it's keeping my mood up and helping me feel motivated to work out more. But My doctor also said weight gain loss isn't a side effect of the medicin.

I don't know if my progress is quite visible yet. But I lost 21 lbs and I wanna show off! I started at 219 lbs cw: 198 gw:150? Idk we'll see when I get close Edit: I'm 5'8"

I didn't notice any difference when I stopped....And when I got my IUD. I don't think it typically affects your weight so long as you keep your diet consistent.

Just for today: 1. I will not snack at work-- not even when the left over cookies are brought back for employees 2. I will walk up at least 10 steps of stairs 3. Go to bed at 11pm and not a minute later

Great job! My Current goal is about 150 lbs and I'm only a couple inches shorter than you. It's so refreshing to see how good you look even though you aren't quite there yet. It gives me hope that I just gotta keep going! Thanks for sharing!

I hate juice cleanses. I felt terrible after trying it...And I wouldn't recommend it. But if you are going to do it, eat nuts, avocados, and/or salads to keep from dying. Healthy fats help you take in more nutrients...or so I've heard. Lean meat will most likely do just fine too. Juice, just juice on the other hand. Is…

Last week, three of my coworkers noticed my stomach getting a little smaller...I didn't even notice lol, but it must have inspired them a lot because they all joined MFP to try and shed a few of their own pounds! I found it very flattering to say the least. xD

I'm having the opposite problem! Lost ten pounds and still no inches. :C Sure the scale says i'm skinnier...But I don't feel skinnier. My advice to you, would be to just focus on those inches! That's what you see n the mirror after all!

I won't eat peanuts without the shell. That's the only way I like them! But I don't know how that effects the nutrients though...Congrats on your loss so far!

This makes me feel a little better. I drink diet coke instead of regular soda when I really really want something sweet and fizzy. But I was always worried about the aspartame...I'll still keep my soda drinking to a minimum, but still good to know!

I've lost almost ten pounds already...And I've switched from regular soda to diet. I want to eventually stop drinking it all together, because it's just plain bad for you. But I don't think it's going to prevent me from losing weight....or give me any of those symptoms.

I weigh myself on the 1st and 15th of every month. It's far enough apart that I don't obsess over it, but easy enough to remember to do.
