I would say they are indifferent. None of them are ever going to exercise with me. That's okay. This is for me, not them. I am the cook, so they eat what I prepare. :laugh: If I'm having a hard day they certainly aren't going to go hide and eat junk food. They are going chomp on it right in front of me. That's okay, too.…

On the fence. I actually do not like people to post pictures of me on social media. On the other hand, if she wasn't upset when they were originally posted, then it's probably her issue. The real question is.......is the picture being there more important than your relationship with your MIL?

1.2 pounds gone this week. YAY! I aim for 1 pound a week, so anything over that is a big fat bonus! :-)

I drank nothing but soda for 40 years. Made the decision to start drinking water 3 or 4 years ago. Other than a coffee or two each day during the winter, I only drink water now. I HATE the taste of soda! It can be done, just have to cold turkey go for it.

Thank goodness I have 4 sizes down in my basement just waiting. To think I almost tossed those clothes last year. Are there any resale shops near you? We have some really nice ones here, the stuff looks branded new. Some stuff still has tags on it. We also have a really nice St. Vincent DePaul near us that has brand new…

For me it's planning. I plan out my food the night before. I do tweak thinks a bit from time to time, but it's easy to swap out an apple for a pear. Planning keeps me from running out of time to prepare healthy foods and then turning to fast food, or just garbage foods. Not that you can't lose weight on them, but I can't…
