I think we all think we can do things faster or better or easier... But I'm glad you've found what works for you! At least you don't have the "What if I tried that program?" regret now. I don't think getting to our healthy weight journey ever is straight forward, otherwise there would be no weight loss industry espousing…

Well, you've already taken some good first steps. Joining mfp has been a revelation to me. I had resigned myself to being fat for the rest of my life but I've finally found something that works for me. It's not a question anymore to me if I'll get down to normal weight but when. Don't be afraid to take it slow, learn how…

I've lost 30 pounds this year and no one has noticed. My husband had to lose 55 pounds in order for people to notice. Thankfully, I found that so far it's been enough for me to see the numbers on the scale dropping. Not going to lie, I do want the comments from people but I'll be patient and wait. But it just goes to show…

Your unselfishness knows no bounds! My own experiment with eating chips every night last week was that I lost 1.76 pounds.

Thank you for not being selfish and sharing your ultimate secret with us. What about ice cream AND potato crisps? Would that double my weight loss?

You look adorable! Big congrats on your donation and losing 55 pounds... you are so near the halfway mark to your goal!

I saw that you live in Melbourne. I do too. Just did some cutting off of friends who never interact. I like to motivate and get some motivation back. Add me if you like!

You look amazing and beautiful in all your pictures, before and after! Congratulations. I'm at 189 pounds at the moment and you give me hope that my tummy will eventually get smaller as the weight falls off.
