6 Weeks in Update Thanks to all involved

Morning all.. I posted a few weeks ago with an update and a few words of thanks for all those who have supported me on this life changing journey.

Anyway I'm now just over 6 weeks into this and still loving every minute of it.

For over 20 years I have never given a thought to what I eat and drank.

In the last 6 weeks I have gone form a regular drinker to drinking and 3 occasions. I am exercising every day and loving it.

I have gained some great motivational friends on here that have helped me along this journey and I want to thank you all.

If you read some of my post from when I started this, you will see I battling with a demon, that was telling me that wouldn't maintain this. I have smashed him to bits as, no longer do I think I will not continue, this is my new way of life.

My original goal was to loose 1 stone (14lb) again I though I could never do this.

I have now set new goals after achieving the first one. I am top approaching the big 40 beginning of November and my new goal is to have lost 28 lb by my birthday.

Another one of these new goals is a bit strange, I bought a shirt back in in April this year for a family party. XXL ( slim fit) anyway when it arrived I couldn't fasten it. So I left it in the wardrobe thinking I will give it to someone, about a week ago, i came across it and thought wouldn't it be great if I could wear it on my 40h, so I slipped it on, I was gob smacked, I have noticed my clothing become looser, however the shirt fastened, don't get me wrong, it's still to tight to wear, but I still got 5 weeks before my birthday.

A way,I will stop boring you anymore, just thought I would share some of the delight I am felling inside.

Thanks to all, oh and please free to add me, as I might be able to motivate someone, never thought I would be able to say that!

So happy for all you've achieved. You have been so consistent since you started and it's paying dividends. Keep up the exercise and the butter croissant and nut snacks :)

Here's to achieving even more goals in the future for your 40th and even beyond!

Just thought I give a little update. Just over 3 months in and loving every minute of this new life. I have now lost 33lb and as you can see, my new profile picture shows some stunning results. I do think a may have been a bit heavier when the first pic was take , poss 3 months before I embarked on this journey.

Looking to add a few friends to support and motivate me along, please feel free to add.
