  • I've actually noticed that there is now an option for Zumba. I think it must be a recent addition to the database as I only found it about 3 weeks ago. It states average workout for an hour to burn about 500 cals. Enjoy your first class,I'm sure you'll enjoy it,I find it so much fun!!
