Wow, at 162 I was much fuller in my torso and face! Definitely not so much in my arms and legs, but I hold most of my weight in my waist. I believe I was a size 16 at that weight! You look really good for 162 by the way!!!

Call and tell them you are cancelling your service. I did that (and I wanted to cancel, they couldn't talk me out of it, I was just done with that bill every month) and they tried giving me 6months FREE! The woman really really tried talking me into it, so I bet they will work with you too!

This is great because I'm having a huge problem with sodium. My face blows up when I take in too much sodium, but like you said, there is so much in just about everything! I don't know how much I should take in for my face to go down, but it'd be nice to know! What is your recipe for the paste sauce?? That sounds awesome!…

I changed my goals to 1pd a week rather than 2. So that put me at around 1400cals, but with exercise I'm eating around 2000. Scary, but I can do it and I'm seeing greater results!

I would try eating more calories. That's what helped me when I hit a plateau after losing 30pds.

Honestly, I'd suggest upping your calories by changing your goal to losing 1 or 1/2 a pd a week. I stopped losing and was really confused and happened to read another persons post on here about how they lost alot of weight upping their calorie intake. I have finally, after many more weeks than on the site, finished C25K and I loved it!! I have never been a runner and now I can jog fast for 30 minutes! I actually just jog around the house because I don't have a treadmill and I am a SAHM to an 11month old, but I have a pretty good size living room that works just fine. So…

I was actually very scared to do this to. I was eating 1200 plus excersize for a while and lost alot until about 150pds and then my body slowed down. I tried switching it higher and was amazed when I started losing 1+pds a week! My weight loss is going really well now and I've been doing this for a couple weeks now!

The only thing with the C25K program is they suggest you take days off inbetween to let your muscles relax. I guess it really all depends on what your body tells you. If you are doing too much then you should probably limit yourself to one program, if not, then go for it!

My measurements: Waist 37.5 inches Hips 39 inches I'm in size 14 right now, and have 14's that are too big now and some that fit just right. Like the others have said, it will all depend on the brand, but hopefully this gives you a ballpark estimate :)

I totally agree. There are so many flaws in these FAD diets! The one going around that I ALMOST did was the Visalus diet, but so close to Christmas, I couldn't stomach spending $750 on myself. Not to mention, what do you do when your three months are over??? How do you not gain the weight back when you start eating normal…

I don't have arthritis or diabetes, but my hands do the same thing. It is def very uncomfortable and annoying, but I haven't come across any tips for getting rid of it so I'm interested to hear what others have to say!

Nice to know! I don't do hardly any strength training, but it's nice to know belly fat will go down with just aerobic training!
