Thank you :) I've since realised that I need to stop comparing myself to stick thin, flawless skinned people (if they even truly exist). I'm gonna look at my stretch marks as a reminder of where I've come from and what I would've accomplished when I reach my goal weight!

I use Horley's protein shakes with low fat milk. Really yum and great after a workout! I also add benefibre (basically straight fiber) to it so if I"m having it as a meal, I'm also getting some roughage :)

My mom lent me that Paul McKenna 'I can make you thin' - I found it SO useful! Some of the points in his DVD are so great, and I like it how he summarises everything into four points. I also use the hypnosis, it really helps :)

My gosh, you forget how bad that stuff is for your system when you've been eating it for so long! This was me a few nights ago-woke up at 2am about to be sick but managed to stop myself. Yuck.

Thank you SO MUCH for these comments! I'm printing some out that relate to me and putting them up on my walls, in my wallet (when I reach for my $ to buy unhealthy food!), on unhealthy food in my kitchen etc. First day on the message boards and 60 kg to lose - but I am definitely going to do it!
