  • I IF everyday. Most of the week I can maintain 20/4. The weekends are easier because I am busy. Sometimes I can do OMAD. IF makes me feel in control of my appetite. If I am no hungry, I do not eat. I’ve lost ten now with 20 to go. It makes me feel good for someone to notice the difference!☺️

  • I have been doing intermittent fasting for 6weeks now and lost 7 pounds. I have increased my fasting time to 19/5. I skip breakfast and break my fast around 1pm. Trying to lose 20 more. Want to push to 20/4 by the end of the month. Weight loss is slow but I can be patient.

  • I have been doing kickboxing and logging my meals daily. Do not focus on a diet but focus on healthy living.

  • That is a lot to lose in ten weeks. Suggest to change goal to twenty five pounds. This way you will be successful. You can start a new goal when this is met. It will boost you to stay motivated.

  • I want to join. I have never tracked by steps but often walk with my dog or use the treadmill. My goal is to walk daily, period. My days at work are long and often when I get home, I am so tired.   • I restarted after the holidays. Started on January 2nd. Weighed in today and lost 3 pounds. I am very motivated to succeed this time. Would like to lose 20 pounds in order to be within a healthy BMI. Logging is the key and I will use this as my primary daily goal. Good luck to everyone!:laugh:
