for me, an active youngish female, and my husband, a 6'4 youngish dude, we spend between $300-$400 a month. depending on how simply we eat. i am 99% paleo most of the time and my hubby is like 70%. he still eats random pizza and sandwiches and such. we shop at costco and tj's. eventually i'd love to get a CSA

Hi everyone! I am around 5'7'' more or less, and am around 160 right now. my highest was 180, and my lowest was 115. I thnk my goal is around 140-145. I am young and pretty active, so i think that'd be right for me. i was 130 in high school but now i have... womanly hips :)

i think the only thing that really happens with me is i get smaller around, and i lose all the fullness up top, if that makes since. when i gain weight, i gain a lot of.... upper boob, for lack of a better term. when i lose it, i still have full cups, just not as much spill over. hahahaha i love this thread.
