  • Great to read this, thanks a lot! I am currently doing Ripped in 30 and I am planning to do T25 straight after. I am so much looking forward to reading more of your logs!
  • Hey, I just found out about T25.. from the makers of Insanity.. It seems like it's a more natural evolution from Ripped in 30 to it.. What do you think? Instead of hitting serious Insanity maybe "heavy" 25 minute workouts from the same producer can be actually better? Any experiences?
  • Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for gathering it all in one thread.. I am currently on Ripped in 30 and I am thinking already of what to do next. Your comments gave me ideas, thanks sweethearts!
  • Thanks!!!!! Great thoughts, you should be some motivational coach :)
  • Nikky thank you SO MUCH for this. You gave me hope!!!!! Good luck to you!
  • @ PaulHalicki Paul, as far as I can see you eat micro breakfasts compared to your daily needs... If i can only suggest: eat breakfasts like emperor, lunch like a aristocrat and dinner as a normal man.
  • Indeed! Thanks Healthygreek, unfortunatelly you didn't share the diary!
  • Me. I am officially 2 weeks with MFP but trying to eat healthy and exercise since June (with 1 worse holiday week). I did not weigh in since June when I was 138 lbs but I feel in my clothes that there is a progress. I will only weigh in around 1 September, trying not to put too much expectations on it. I usually weigh…
  • I think it takes a few weeks for every individual (and for each person it's, again, a different amount of TIME) to get your body adjust to new eating habits. Shocking facts: it takes (only) 48 h without salt to have your body adjust and crave it much less. BUT it takes 3 MONTHS (!!!) to put sugar aside. Sugar is very…
  • Hey, we seem to be comparable! I am same height and currently weigh 138 lbs. It depends on how you feel good, at what weight. I used to be 127 and feel at my best, lets say optimal around 127-130. if you were much heavier and lost weight to 140 lbs its a huge accomplishment. From the pic you look already very good. Perhaps…
  • To me nothing works as much as staying/becoming motivated to be attractive to oneself and to person we love. And also, once I saw a fitness motivator on web: "To be able to wear whatever the f**k I want" :)
  • First and foremost a big thanks!! I am 5,55 (169 cm) and i feel comfortable around 59-60 kg (130-132 Lbs). Yes, I am a big fan of muscles training, that's what I usually do in autumn, winter cause now in summer here it's too hot inside. I have quite some routines (each 45-50 min) which comprise dynamic exercises using body…
  • Thanks! And do you weigh yourself daily/weekly? I am affraid to get demotivated if I do not see any progress and how can you see progress quickly. So i decided to check weight 1x month. Also - do you measure your body fat? I am not sure how adequate my scale is.. perhaps these calipers are better?
