Sounds good. I didn't want to over estimate how active I am because it changs how many calories I can eat but didn't want to under eat either. I have 7 lbs until my goal weight and will be changing my goals to 2lbs a week to 1 1/2

Oh ok that's what I want to know. I work my biceps and triceps. Leg presses and lift 60 lb weights on a machine called the abdominal. I've increased weights in those areas and don't want to lose the strength I got. My personal goals are toning. Able to lift 70 to 90 pounds with my arms, 200 with legs.

No it's the 1/2 mile marathon trainer app by fitkit it starts you off 1 minute running 90 seconds walking, totals 25 minutes. I o cardio before the workout. 1/2 mile marathon training on the treadmill then elliptical for 15 minutes. Finally I finish of with weights. I'm all for cardio, didn't want to even do weights until I lost 30 pounds and now that time has come :(

The app I use input walking and running. I run at 4.0 mph and what I walk usually varies but normally 2.0-2.3 depending on how much my legs hurt. The brisk warm up it has you start at I walk at 3.0 mph. The cool down 1.7. This totals 25 minutes the first week, 25.30 the second, and will be 28 minutes the 3rd week
