How active would you say I am?
I plan on changing my goals soon. I have it set to lightly active because I have a job where I sit at a desk. I tend to walk on my 15 minute breaks and 30 minutes on my hour lunch. I go to the gym 4 days a week. Which which is about 1hr and 30 minutes on cardio and strength training. I don't feel I'm really "active"…

How do count oil?
I measure out 1 TBSP of grapeseed oil but for calorie counting sake do I count all 120 cals or just half since I'm not realistically eating the whole tablespoon when I cook.

Advice on giving up energy drinks
So some background info I use to work two jobs and got on average 4 hours of sleep. Energy Drinks got me through it but now I think I have an energy dependency on them. I work one job now and get 7-9 hours of sleep but still so tired. I use to drink monster ultra zero for a healthier alternative, cut out carbonated drinks…

Question about changing up your routine
So it's common knowledge you should change up your routine but does that includes weights? Isn't adding more weights after awhile good enough or do you have to switch between leg presses and bench presses each month for example

Critique My Breakfast
So I fell on tough times and mostly eat the free food at work (I work in a kitchen) so I know my breakfast isn't perfect because I'm at the mercy of what my job offers and I know it's a lot of carbs but I read carb load is good for runners and I jog to my first job and power walk/bike to my 2nd. With my new job I'm going…

Conflicting Reports for Diet and Weight loss
Not sure if anyone caught this article: http://gma.yahoo.com/blogs/abc-blogs/super-dieters-share-6-weight-loss-tips-120337292--abc-news-topstories.html Though it seems to conflict with most things I and I'm sure a lot of people have been told. Question on lifting weights
I started lifting 50 pound (the lowest weight said the machine has) to work my triceps and they are on fire or so it feels. This is only day 2. It was a little soar today but not uncomfortable. I know my arms are not going to heal in a day so do I skip a day between lifts? I try to go to the gym 5 days a week so that's 3…

Wearing a stomach sweat band for hours...
So as you can see by my tracker I have lost a a lot of weight the right way, diet and exercise. I told myself when I lost 30 pounds I was going to focus on my stomach. When I was trying to get lipo, I was told(by the doctor) after the procedure you have to wear this tight fitting corset to help with lose skin. I am losing…

I finally did it!
I have to share this. I have a 1/2 marathon training app by fitkit and I finally jog for 25 minutes. This coming from a girl who couldn't climb stairs! I am so proud of myself, too bad there are 12 weeks and I am on week 7 out of 12. So much more hurt legs to go. I am also moving to Belgium and just read that they have a…

Should I buy a new scale or does it not matter?
So I brought my scale years ago, I have to step on it 3 times for it to get me my true reading. It's always off the first time and I check it twice. I was told whatever scale you start with you stick with because each scale reads differently. A friend of mine has one that checks how dehydrated you are and I found one that…

Has anyone tried Alli weight loss pills?
Found a coupon for it and mayo clinic says it works. I'm fine doing this on my own but if a pill can boost the 2 pounds a week I burn to 4 pounds that help a lot. I still intend to eat right and exercise. Mayo Clinic review: http://www.mayoclinic.org/alli/art-20047908

Is exercising 6 days a work really necessary?
I go 5 days out of the week and I swear sometimes that seems to much. I have a half marathon training app and even that is set for 3 days out of the week (each week the length of the jog increases) A friend was telling me about weight training and switching each day. Abs on the first day, arms on the 2nd, abs again and so…

Need to add a friend for motivation
I am trying to diet again and really want to stick with it this time. I used my fitness pal and lost 14 pounds but started a new job where they had free soda, food runs, and pot lucks for the littlest of occasions. I gained it all back. So I am trying hard and I'm hoping that if I add someone on here we can track each…
