I finally did it!

I have to share this. I have a 1/2 marathon training app by fitkit and I finally jog for 25 minutes. This coming from a girl who couldn't climb stairs! I am so proud of myself, too bad there are 12 weeks and I am on week 7 out of 12. So much more hurt legs to go. I am also moving to Belgium and just read that they have a 1/2 marathon event at the end of May and I hope to go by April 30. So who knows maybe I can run one. This makes me feel more motivated than ever and I hope I can commit to a healthy life style.

    Congratulations. I know the feeling about walking up stairs lol. I jogged for 2 minutes on the treadmill so 25 min is awesome. Keep it up

    That is AWESOME!!! As a former runner who is getting back into it, I know that getting going is tough, sometimes painful and grueling. You should be so proud!!
