Always a little off track on the weekend....I am just with my kids so much running around, etc. It i harder at those times to track. I do continue my calorie counting and try to get some exercise in....MFP has been very helpful

I had a nice weekend with my family. Went riding with my daughter before she left to go back to Gettysburg College. I love riding with her as it reminds me of when she was little and the many hours we spent at the barn. On Sunday I had a rare lazy day, did some clean cooking for the week. I managed in some light exercise…

Oh boy, two teenagers in the house. I have to wait up for them when out. Needless to say the following day I get fatigued and start to pick. Good thing is I try to stay to nuts and fruit. Thanks to FP I try to keep calories in check. Trying to maintain focus.

I am doing well......slow but progressing. I keep at it the best I can amidst the continually distractions. The counting calories has been really helpful, especially for the mindless eating that comes about at 3. I have really learned to limit there. Thank you.....I feel truly motivated to succeed. I am using my fitness pal and have a group at work. Exercise is incorporated the best I can. As we speak my mom has been hospitalized and the routine changes. But all is good will monitor at least calories and try to fit in exercise for some self-care. Thank you

Hi Julie, I did pretty well considering it was the weekend. I am at 153 and gained one pound but I think that was ok. My start was 157 in January. Hopefully I will see another pound or 2 go away this week. My night is Saturday night to eat pizza with the family. I will post my weight on Friday to see if my increased…
