try to stop being so hard on yourself. you can try listening to subliminal videos on positive free on you tube. By the way congratulations on your weight loss.

If you look up dumb bells shoulder press on you tube . It is great for all over work out you only need heavy duty dumb bells where you start with what you can manage and increase heavy weights over time. The exercise is basically a squat lifting the weights above your head and down into a squat position .

Hi take it one day at a time I was around the 150 lbs mark too, but let go ,lost my balance and ended up 182lbs . I am now refocusing using a combo of food and exercise. I would be happy to share my journey with you

I am by no means finished but I started this Journey in aug 13 .I currently have fibroids which I was using as an excuse for my weight gain. I decied to get serious about getting back into shape. I lift 3 times per week using dumbbell 1.9 kg doing 3 reps of 15 dumdbell shoulder press squats.

pineapple hot chilli peppers cauliflower Brocoli sweet peppers protein through chicken/turkey Breakfast porrige oats hot water and a slice of lemon p.s dont forget exercises a good one to work all over including your target area is the shoulder press squat look it up on utube you will need dumbbells hope this helps

The walk to the bus ,you could power walk and this would count as a part of your regular exercise at no cost to you. you could also do yoga and or pilates from you tube just type in the amount of time you have for it. e.g 20 mins yoga. p.s I hope this helps you could also do a crazy power shake dance to your fave music…
