    Lots of videos, totally free, but I'll be making a donation. I did a 55 minute intermediate class followed by a 20 minute Pilates/yoga fusion core class, and both were fantastic!
    I am saving this to try later. I've done a few different short yoga vids on youtube so I'm going to look up the yoga zone ones as well. I would like to practice a bit at home before going to an actual class.

    I am a total beginner and i found livestrongwomen- by tara stiles to be very good. She has classes for beginners to more advance all on you tube.
