Before you started I'm sure it was way over 700 over, so that's probably pretty good. You can do it, and do better tomorrow!

Do you eat any good servings of whole grain daily? Ie: brown rice, certain cereal, things like that? they make you more full longer. Also so does lean proteins like lean ground beef, chicken, and ground turkey. I've had alot of success with it.

However don't be too hell bent on that weight by july....That's a little much quickly....But you can get alot darn lower by then for sure.

I started at 298 pounds last year! :) I am at 217 right now, so YOU CAN DO IT! and the food is everything!!!! Eat right plus excercise equals amazing results!

Banana with lowfat peanut butter and grape nuts on top. Kashi crackers in moderation are ok...I sometimes have some Humus with them. Baby carrots with lite dressing.

Change up your excercise routine....And also make sure you are eating healthy...And dropping the calorie intake some is a good idea....
