Need some healthy non-dairy snack ideas. I've been eating fruit and nuts, but need some other alternatives. Thanks!

I was going to say almonds... but I also like a couple of multigrain pretzels.0

Muscle Milk - it is lactose free and has a good amount of protein in it. I think an individual bottle is around 200 calories. It is pretty filling. I think they also have a light version of it too that is lower in calorie. Hope this helps.0

Roast vegetables with crumbled sausage, or ham. Celery with peanut butter.0

i LOVE Silk Almond milk - Orig flavor... 1 cup = 60 cals. I have that as a snack often! Also love the 90cal Fiber One bars!0

Hummus with carrots or crackers or celery
Chips and salsa or guacomole
Luna, lara, or Kind bars
Dry roasted edamame
Vegetable soup
Smoothies0 -
Banana with lowfat peanut butter and grape nuts on top.
Kashi crackers in moderation are ok...I sometimes have some Humus with them.
Baby carrots with lite dressing.0 -
Try 100 calorie bags of popcorn. They are actually pretty filling!
Also I love Caramel Rice Cakes with 1tbsp of peanut butter on top. Sooo good.
Hummus is great with carrots to keep it real low-cal
Hope these helped0 -
These might not be considered as healthy but I like them for snacking.
Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Granola Bars - 170 Calories
Baked Cheetos - 100 Calorie bags
1 Slice of Whole Wheat bread with 1 T. peanut butter - 190 Calories
Single serve cup of unsweetened applesauce - 50 Calories
Any kind of fruit, apple, banana, orange, blackberries, strawberries (I will even have my berries with a couple tablespoons of light cool whip)
Green Tea (I sweetened mine with Splenda)
I find that when I'm wanting a snack, it's usually because I'm really just thirsty.
Hope this helps.0
