I feel soo much better in myself, i can run wothout feeling like dying after 7mins! I no longer worry about my cat suffocating when sleeps on my belly! Lol. (I also earn more as i work in an industry where size is important) Biggest change is my smile tho!

Im 25 on monday and have been dating a 47yo for two years...... age is a huge issue i wont deny, children are a problem too but if you meet through work or freinds and are compatible why does it matter?

Me too! I gain about 6-7 pounds, and look slightly preggers. Lol. So Ive spent tge last year trying to fix it, I havent but Ive managed to get it down to much less gain and bloating. I know its a pain but exersize does help, start drinking more water a week BEFORE you bloat, if I start drinking water only when I bloat it…

Im on day 9 of lvl1, getting lvl 2 jitters! Given me bags of energy in just 9 days so hopefully lvl 2 will be ok. Level 2 sounds so hard from peoples posts!

They are ok, make sure you tick bin it on site if you dont want something. In your account you can specify what you don't like. Does get very repetative after a few months though great for munchies!

If your on 5:2 from what I understood you should be eating normally (maintanance) on non fast days and 500ish for the two fast days. (Im only using the book because the fasting meals make good snacks on my diet, but Im pretty sure 1200 is to low for normal days on 5:2 I'm No expert though. )

Going on holiday with my fb/fwb of two years in 4 weeks!! I wouldn't recommend it for clingy possesive people but it works well with me, All the good of a freind with none of the bad of a boyfreind!

Weighted hula hooping!! Its soooo much fun, and a great laugh, I cant run to save my life so I tried this by accident , its meant to be pretty good exersize. really makes me sweat and raise my heart beat. You can get them in different sizes and weights depending on fittness level and size and dvds for all levels....…

Aqua ban works well for looking and feeling bigger, only solves water retention but that seems to help my cramps too... (and makes me feel better if my jeans don't cut in all day! Being a woman sucks sometimes..... :ohwell:
