My most recent NSV was being able to wrap my hair towel around me after shower (after realizing my bath towel has gone to the laundry basket and not been replaced :))

Nothing outnof the ordinary. Calorie counting and working out. All kinds of workouts, from zumba to HIIT to yoga to spinning to weights. I incorporated intermittent fasting in the past 8 months, which helped me lose the last stubborn 20 lbs or so.

6 years, more or less. I didn’t eat whatever I liked. I reduced carbs and sugar drastically. Upped the protein. I counted calories at the beginning, then stopped when I got an idea how mich I should eat.

Really no tips. Just stay consistent. Weight loss is not linear. Plus the scale may not move, but you may be losing inches.

6 years difference.

I am 5’9.

I’ve been maintaining for about 6-7 months now. Intermittent fasting (not too strict) and I work out. I range between 160-167. Which is fine with me. I am getting leaner, but my weight doesn’t change (also fine with me lol).

It took me about 3 years, the largest portion of weight (50lbs) being lost in the first year. I was maintaining (+/- 5 lbs) for a while and then lost another 10. I still want to lose around 20 lbs, but the scale won’t budge. I am losing inches but not pounds (which is fine). Regarding workouts, I have done everything, from…

Top left to bottom right = cca 60 lbs lost I currently weigh more than bottom left (purple top), but I am so much leaner (thank you heavy weights) which amazes me.

PCOS here too. As said already, it’s all about the calories. Keep logging your food and believe in the process. It won’t happen overnight. I lowered my A1C, cholesterol level and i am no longer on any medication. Here is before and after: I am now at 212 lbs.

Hi everyone, quite new here. I finished my 4th week of SL. I am new to a lifting program, but have been working out since Sep 2015 and lost 50lbs since then. My current stats are Squat - 85lbs OHP - 50lbs DL - 90 lbs I will stay at these levels for another week or so, since it was hard to finish and I think my form…

Hi everyone. I don't post much, mostly read. But here is my progress pics. 260ish lbs to 210 currently. My cholesterol and A1C are now in normal range. I want to lose another 20-30 lbs. Hope this can inspire someone. Anything is possible.

41 here. I've lost 50 lbs since last august. Counting calories and exercising. I think I am in the best shape ever. I have now hit a plateau and hanging at 209 for a while. I need to lose around 30 more. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Here is mine. I am now at 229 lbs (started at 258) and I'm wearing jeans that I bought (and kept because I loved them) in 2011 when I weighed 212 lbs. My body must be recompositioning differently this time, most likley because at that time I only did cardio, no weights as I remember. They are size 14 and a little loose…

Thanks guys, I already took several body works classes, different instructors, and I love them. I can't change the gym cause the others are further and I hate to drive longer. I just needed to vent, that's why the post.

I have one word only, WOW!

I forgot to add, I was on progesterone supplements both times during the first trimester.

Hi there, Both times I managed to conceive were after I had lost about 20 lbs with diet and exercise. Weight loss normalized my periods and ovulation. The first time I was on Metformin 1000, the second time I wasn't on anything. I had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies as well as incompetent cervix (cerclage to…

Thanks! I will adjust when necessary.

Yes, I have about 63 lbs to lose. I am at 243, aiming at 180.

Thanks for that!

Thanks!! I didn't phrase my question clear enough though :) I had my calorie goal set at 1650 at MFP around 2.5 months ago (which was supposed to be my TDEE - 20% I think, based on some formula I found can't remember where). I have lost about 14 lbs since then, so now I recalculated to see if any changes need to be made.…

One more confused person here... I had my calorie goal set at 1650 at MFP around 2.5 months ago (which was supposed to be my TDEE - 20% I think, based on some formula I found can't remember where). I have lost about 14 lbs since then, so now I recalculated to see if any changes need to be made. Using scoobysworkshop site:…
