I still have easily 15kgs to go before I am at the weight I would ideally like to be, so not totally a success story as yet......

I went for a photoshoot on Saturday to "feel good" about how far I have gotten and must say I am incredibly proud of myself for where I have gotten to so far and so horrified at myself that I was as big as what I was.

Seeing myself in a photo in my "fat pants" actually made me cry! I mean I knew I was fat...... But didn't really realize I was THAT fat!!!

So yay to how far I have come and here's to reaching goals!!

    this was exactly what i wrote a week ago

    I knew i was a big girl ( overweight) but didn't realize how much
    And yes putting on my old pants made me also very emotional
