I'm taking a similar class (cardio mix), really high impact with weights, and I log it as aerobics, high impact. I might be wrong though, I'm pretty new :)

Iceberg/romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, garbanzo beans, radishes, cheese (usually provolone cheese) and some days I add a hard boiled egg.

HI ladies, Joining the PCOS club. Long story short, dx at age 31 (when trying to get pg) with symptoms since teenage years. I managed to lose weight on 3 different occasions, but after the birth of my daughter I went upwards to about 234lbs now. Have to lose at least 40, and my goal is 60.
