If it fits your macros! :) so basically counting proteins, fats, and carbs to reach your goals. Id like to think of it as a very advanced weight watchers point system

Consistent HEAVY weight lifting. A combo of HIIT and steady state. Had to add in more steady state the closer it got to show time! Thank you :)

As long as it fits your macros/goals! I believe in everything in moderation. I love cookie butter more though! haha

Definitely comes down to personal preference. I have a lot of short clients and they all weigh differently but all have different goals

Are you tracking macros or calories? If you are still losing I would up your carbs if your goal is to maintain

According to my height and activity level I need to eat about 1800-2000 cals a day!!! DAFUQ?! how am i supposed to eat that much? Especially clean food My cals usually average around 1500

It looks like you know what you're doing! Keep it up! :) I love how you are incorporating muay thai, tabata, and HIIT. No one ever believes me that HIIT works, and then when they do start doing it they see changes. WHADDYAKNO!?! hehe

TURBO FIRE!!! Turbo fire is my soul mate workout. I am so honored to be able to attend Chalenes live class every week. Everytime I finish turbo fire I always feel like I just got done being chased by a cheetah while running backwards on bare feet with a 200 pound man on my back. Yeah.
