Count me in!! I've been yo-yoing for over 5 years and have never reached my goal. Really need accountability and support for myself aswell as supporting others. Being in a group of like minded individuals is always helpful. :)

I'm a member. There isn't a ton of content yet, since it's still fairly new, but there is a great community forum! There are videos, recipes, weight training docs, etc. I enjoy it :)

About two years ago. I was living in Fort Wayne, outside everyday, trying to eat healthier meals, and I was also 50lbs lighter. I miss those days...time to make some new good memories and some great changes here and now!

Dang...this is some crazy stuff reading through here... Good luck, and I hope you don't have to deal with all these nasty side effects.
-
In this case I would say yes. Flavored yogurts and fruit have tons of sugar! Now if you went all crazy on a bag of carrots I'm not sure I would feel the same!
-
Wow that's crazy! Even the woman who are basically all the same height look totally different! Thanks for posting! :)

I don't know if I'm the only one, but at first glance this did NOT look like spinach to me lol

I'd love to get a boost of energy after a workout!! Lol. I'm always exhausted and after a good stretch I go right for my bed :/

I added several of you :) Having good friends and support is very important for weight loss success!
-
Beautiful eyes and smile! <3

I think I have all of you added now! This is very exciting. I hope we can all push each other to reach our goals and pursue our health and fitness dreams!
-
I feel the same way!! I've tried to brave it alone in the past but it just doesn't work. My family and friends here are not strong enough to stand up to me when I want something I know I shouldn't have! In their defense, they do have to live with me :P Looking forward to getting to know both of you ladies! :)
-
Awesome! I'd love if we could stay in contact throughout the day so that we can feel more connected and supportive of each other instead of just being a stranger that says "Hey get your butt in gear!" :P

I find that I have a lot of features that I like about myself! :) It's a good thing to think about regularly as to not get discourages by other things you are in the processing of changing. So I guess for me the list would be: my sense of humor, my eyes, my *Ahem* chest, my legs, my hair, and also I'm a great cook :)

Hello! I sent you a message. I'm also looking for buddies in the SB area :)

This is amazing! What an inspiration! I have never worn a bikini, or even owned one for that matter, so I can't partake, but seriously, this makes me long so bad for the day I will feel brave enough try one on ;)

I wrote a post very similar to this the other day. I can't say that I have any answers for you, as I am searching for them myself, but it's always nice to have someone who is going through the same thing as you and be able to work those things out together! Feel free to add me and we can help motivate and support each…

Thank you to everyone for all your motivation and support. I know a lot of you were commenting on junk food in the house, I do try to keep it out, but I live with 2 other people who don't really give a rats you know what about eating healthy. I've actually considered buying them their own mini fridge to keep their food in,…

Thank you Kasslamb, It's comforting to know that others are going through or have gone through a similar struggle.

Thanks so much! That was very inspirational :) I get into these spurts where I do really good for a while, but we just moved and I lost the flow of everything. We got caught in the fast food trap and I have been in a total funk. I don't have a job outside of the home, or any real friends here. It's a nightmare some days.
-
Thanks for the inspiration! I guess my biggest fear is that it's going to get a lot worse, before it gets better. That really terrifies me. I am already at my heaviest weight and I'm not sure how I would handle it if I gained even more.
-
Thank you. That's what I'm doing. I just keep telling myself to not give up and even if I fail, know that I'm always working towards that goal. It's so frustrating and it's very hard to stay positive, but right now in my life this is all I really want.

I agree, from what I've been reading lately you definitely need to be getting more calories, especially if you are working out as hard as you say you are. It sounds like your body is going into a mode where it's not sure if it's going to get enough energy for the next day so it's just holding on for dear life to whatever…

I hope I never run into some of you ladies and gents in a gym! Wow!! Lol Nothing really bothers me at the Gym. So far. However, I feel like I would be bothered if someone else was bothered by something I was doing.
-
Just wait, I bet in 14 months that lady won't even be around and you'll be in there, 60lbs gone, still working hard and bettering yourself!! You've done so well so far, don't let someone with a bad attitude get you down!!!
-
Haha, fantastic. I always wondered the same thing. I don't have a "normal" schedule so 7pm for someone else is like 12am for me. It made things a little wonky and decided to try and not worry to much about it and just watch what I eat over all. This is good information to have though, I'm glad I read this, now I don't feel…

This!! MFP is now officially my most visited web page...OVER Facebook, and I spend A LOT of time on Facebook lol. :P Also, I'm planning out my meals in my head before I go to bed at night now, thinking about how to enter them into the diary and how many calories it's going to be, etc. :)

No Makeup: Makeup: It totally changes how I carry myself. I don't wear it often, because usually I just like to be comfortable, but I do notice that when I wear makeup people... stare at me? Lol Idk. Maybe I'm just paranoid.
