I also use the treadmill at the gym, with my ear buds in, and watch the people....time flies by, before you know it, 400 calories !!, you burn more with incline though, !! I also lift weights, I am determined to drop a few lbs now though, spring is around the corner !!

I have a Treadmill, My husband just put a TV on the wall infront of it............ so since then i go on for an hour every morning, while i walk i watch a program i recorded on my DVR!! I walk between 3.2 & 3.8 mph, on an incline of between 5% & 10%, i change it up during the hour, I walk off around 400/500 calories…

I am also trying to keep my sodium level at around 1500 a day.....most days i do I make food fresh, processed is just PACKED with salt , eat tons of veggies,steamed no salt added in cooking process, I never put salt on to eat either, if i make something like Chilli, or Taco's i use Ground Turkey, and no sodium added tomato…

I started heavy lifting at the end of March, I love it, I wish I would of started this year's ago! But hey better late than never! I have lost inches more than lbs......I just upped my calories in , so hoping to see weight loss, I really don't think I've been eating enough!
