it fits within my calories as im on a high day today ( im zig zagging my calories) however its gone over on my carbs and sugar :/ however i do try and limit my carbs throughout the week so i think it shouldnt be that bad

I tottally agree! i guess on these alcohol nights i want to have ill just excercise lotss!! instead of reducing my food :)

I understand where your comming from however a diet in my eyes is to be made more of a lifestyle change and i couldnt possible go without a takeaway or an drink on the weekend.. im not talking about every weekend.. but every 2 weeks.??

okayy think ive finally got my head around th whole eating and excercise regime.. so hopefully in a week or two ill see a difference :)

Ive just worked out that im eating 327 calories out of the 537 excercise calories.... thats okay if i just eat more than half of my excercise calories instead of them all??

Ooo thankyou.. i just get caught up in the whole low carb or no carb diets. Im currently doing slimming world, so i guess i will be on my journey to losing the unwanted weight. wahooo! :)

Its just all confusing haha well what im gonna do is carry on doing what im doing now and see at the end of the week if ive put any weight on haha!!

Yeah i have been doing 10 minutes of the tredmill, crosstrainer and the bike then i usually go onto using the weight machienes, reps of 20 a break then another 20.. :)x

Yeahh once you start and get past the first few weeks i personally think it becomes easier, ive lost 4lbs so far in the last 2 weeks and planning on losing moree ! :) x
