Im 5ft4 and weight 119lbs, im just wondering if anyone knew how many calories i should be eating to tone up? Im doing 30 day shred also so if anyone has any experience please share :)

is it okayy to splurge out once a week?
ive just eaten 7 rich tea biscuits, 3 small cookies and 2 handfulls of fruit-ella summer fruit sweet i know i shouldnt but i had this mad crave for them.. what i was wondering is if its alright to splurge out like this once a week? oh and yes it was within my calorie allowance.

400 calories left
Right i have started to give calorie cycling a go where i will eat 1500 calories on Monday, Wednesday,Saturday and 1200 calories on Tuesday,Thursday,Friday and Sunday. i was wondering if anyone has done calorie cycling before ? because i was thinking of doing it. Ive thought that if i ate 1200 calories on days tues,thurs, sat when i dont goto the gym and 1400 calories on the days i do goto the gym would that be classed as calorie cycling and would i be losing weight from it ?

starvation mode
just eaten a ferrero rocher to get over 1200 calories a day and stop my body from going into starvation mode.. was it a silly ideaa?

finding it hard :/
on days i goto the gym/ go out with friends i find it hard to eat 1200 calories.. i really dont want my body to go into starvation mode ... i dunno whjat to do :S x

Agree or disagree??
Ive come to an agreement that i shouldnt "save" up my calories for the weekend instead try to eat around 1200 daily and on the days i want takeaway or a drink with my freinds i should eat less during the day and excercise as this would not make me go over my calories :) agree or disagree :)

Im suppose to eat 1410 calories daily however since doing excercise and burning around 400 - 500 calories my calorie intake has gone up to 1900.
