Ive decided to change my diet as i want to lose weight before i go on my holiday in June so i thought i would share it with you guys and maybe get your ideas on what you think
On days i dont excercise i.e. lazy days ive decided to eat 1200 calories and limit my carb intake as i dont really need much energy for sitting!
On days that i goto work (im a cleaner so it involves 2hours of cleaning, brushing, hoovering, mopping etc) to eat 1300 calories and only consume high carbs for for energy.
On days that i goto the gym ive decided to eat 1500 calories as i usually burn around 300 calories and higher my carb intake for breakfast, lunch and a few veggies for dinner!
Let me know your thoughtss

I am not sure about the upping of the carbs when you work out. I would be more inclined to up my protein intake on those days. Not the carbs.0

The carbs are essential if you are going to workout, just make sure they are complex carbs. Protien is also essential if you are going to workout, it will help your body repair and replace any damaged tissues/fibres within the muscles that you have used,
. However carbs are essential to make sure that you have the energy for your workout, the carbs will be used first etc.
Good luck0
