your suggestions?

i have been eating healthy for the past 2 weeks however i have only managed to lose 2 lbs.. ive been going to the gym twice a week. however fridays are my let down days i eat wrong foods and drink alcohol so maybe this could answer my own question! so ive decided im going to hit the gym 3x a week and lay off the alcohol and wrong foods to kick start my weight loss.. any suggestions??

I went and looked at you food diary. It doesn't look bad. You seem to be eating ok. Are you not drinking water or not tracking water? That could be an area of improvement.
You don't look like you have a lot of weight to lose, so maybe check your goals you might be trying to lose too much and not eating enough.

I think its a good idea to allow you "bad foods that you ENJOY" from times to times. But try not to eat TOO MUCH of those. Maybe one beer instead of 3 would still make you happy without hurting too much your weight loss process ? And be sure to track them too, so you can see and realize how much calories you get...
Exercise at much as you can and want! It will help you get in better shape and will definately help with the weight loss.0
