I don't think it matters for weight loss, just calories in vs calories out. But if you are looking to get it lower, I see in your diary your main fat source that brings you over is egg. There are other ways to get in lots of protein besides this, I have alot of chicken/tuna etc which is low in fat and carbs but high in protein. You also don't seem to be over by much as well, only on the day you had a greggs meal.

Going over on fat is not bad if its good fats meaning unsaturated or polyunsaturated fats from nuts, olive oil etc, but saturated fats are not a good idea to go over on, low carb means picking foods that are high in nutritional value so veggies, get used to them as they will fuel and heal the body. I strongly suggest looking into a cleaner diet as the benefits are numerous. Looking over your food diary for a week, I am seeing a huge lack of vegetables and healthy fats as well as very little fruit. I would recommend taking a look at what you eat from a health perspective you are on a crash course for an unhealthy body at that rate.
