400 calories left

Right i have started to give calorie cycling a go where i will eat 1500 calories on Monday, Wednesday,Saturday and 1200 calories on Tuesday,Thursday,Friday and Sunday. However i have 400 calories left but i dont know what i should eat? should i eat some cookies just to get my calorie intake up? or.......

    some peanut butter will fix that = 200ish calories

    I had a day recently where I just didn't have much of an appetite...so I ended up eating 3 fun-size KitKats before bed just to get over 1200 calories. :)

    I say hell yes on the cookies. Maybe 1 cookie and the something good for you like a peanut butter sandwich. Cookies and milk sounds good.

    NO! Not the same type of calories. Eat some PB or something high in calories from a good source. Sunflower seeds, almonds, etc. That'll put you where you want to be w/out making your feel yucky. Or double up on a portion of something good! let me know how that cycling goes. Thought about it before.

    Why sabotage your diet for the day by eating junk just to fill up some calories? Eat something healthy to nourish your body.

    Have an apple with peanut butter. The peanut butter is higher in calories and most medium apples are about 90 calories themselves. It's good for you and tastes great. Skip the cookies though, no junk food unless it's your cheat day (if you do those).

    I am willing to take one for the team... I'll eat the cookies. If you give me those calories, I am prepared to make that sacrifice.

    Dont eat the cookies!! I agree with everyone else peanut butter, nuts, apples, a glass of milk. the cookies will mess up your whole day;)

    i vote cookies since i finished up my last 190 calories today with a half cup of chocolate ice cream combined with 1/2 cup of 1% milk to make a delicious chocolate milk shake. yummy! :tongue:
