I dont get this... ive worked out my calorie allowance from the excercise i do and off my height and weight and it is 1500. however on this site its saying i should eat 1200 calories? can someone explain to me pleasee

Your BMR is 1500, this is what you burn by living your daily life, just by existing. If you ate this you would stay the same weight and maintain. It gives you 1200 so that you're at a deficit and you lose weight, which I'm assuming is what you said you want.0

The 1500 is your BMR which is the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day!!! Do you stay in bed all day????
