RunKeeper is what I use to track mine. www.runkeeper.com I know there's an iPhone and android version. Lets you put in what activity/fitness machines you're using. The gps is fairly accurate and the website is pretty neat. Give you all kinds of graphs to compare what you've done

I like 2/3-3/4 cup oatmeal crisp with 4 oz nonfat greek yogurt (220-240 cal) and pretty filling crepes with nutella and strawberries is also delicious
