@kathrynegrady Don't be so hard on yourself. I just started over today as well and I'm way over my limit, but I was honest about it. Just coming here and logging your food is a step in the right direction.

Can you taste the chia seeds? I may have to try that because I'm always hungry too.

I haven't had a chance to read all the posts but I'm going to post my confession. I can eat an entire Totino's pizza and 2 bottles of wine in an evening and not think twice.... Until the next morning.

I quit logging for a couple of months and I gained a lot of the weight back. So I started logging agian no matter how bad it is. Once I get used to logging again then I'm going to try to start cutting out the bad stuff a little at a time to get back to where I was last year when I was doing a lot better.

Not sure. I like the answer about researching health though:smile:

I think my highest day since joining was almost 8k. I'm having a bad calorie weekend now but not matter how bad it is I'm forcing myself to continue logging because I I know I'm out of control. I just love food too much.

I've been off track for a while. I finally told my husband to throw away the chips and dip this morning while I was at work so I wouldn't be tempted to get back in them when I get home. I like the purple rose :)

Fee free to add me. These are my stats: Age: 38 Height: 5 ft 1" Starting Weight: 244 Current Weight: 214 Goal Weight: 125 -130 Ultimate Goal Weight: 115 I don't know if I'll ever make it to my ultimate goal weight. Right now I would be happy to finally say goodbye to the 200's. I've been over 200 since 2002 and tired of…

Awesome story! It's so easy to get discouraged and go back to old habits but people like you inspire me and I thank you for that.

Well, it's been a few months now and I'm still here. I have really noticed a difference in my blood sugar levels. My A1C dropped from I think 7.6 to 7.2 so even though it's still high I am making an improvement. My blood sugars levels in the morning used to be over 200 and now they are in the low to mid 100's. In the…

My food diary is public even though I still go over my calories a lot. However, if I were to log my calories before I started this 3 weeks ago, it would've been a lot worse.

My hubby and I have lived in Washington for a little over 2 years. Before that we were in Guam for 4 years. The rain doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would . It just means I don't have to water the grass myself

I agree with that statement.
