What you described sounds like what I have plantar fasciitis. I go to a podiatrist who gave me inserts for my shoes as well as a cortisone injection into my heel. The injection was about a week ago and my foot still hurts a lil bit but feels about 90% better. I recommend going to see a podiatrist! Also try to be barefoot…

Happy Monday!! Missed yesterday do to being so darn busy but here I am today!!! My birthday is this coming Friday so I have decided to do something every day this week to celebrate. Tonight we are going bowling since its $2 a game and shoe rental!! Hope everyone had a fabulous day!!

(yesterdays post since i fell asleep at 7:30pm) 1. Yes I logged everything I had even the lil chocolate 2. Under by only 120 but better then being over! 3. Too exhusted to do much after a hectic work day then coming home to cook dinner for the family but managed to do a lil walking!

Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? Yes skipped lunch due to running around preparing for the work week :\ Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes I did! Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Was up and moving from about 2-5pm due to grocery shopping and preparing work lunches and dinner!

Well after visiting with my doctor and nutritionist yesterday my goal is to eat less carbs and more protein. Found out that im 135lbs of muscle which is pretty amazing for me!
