Yeah Im not gunna lie, shopping can be a bear. My hubby is lactose intolerant so we're a pair haha! I'll definitely look into it. I'm trying really hard to not eat processed foods. Just peanuts. I love almonds and pecans and such. What kind of protein shake would you recommend? I drink total lean and the women's active shake when I have to have something on the go but if I could do something better, I'm more than happy to hear it :)

I always thought too much bread would be bad for you? I know I got here by eatin lots of pasta and bread and so on. Like I said, if I'm wrong please provide some insight. :) I love bread too!

Hmmm never thought of that. Good ideas :) What if I did a little of both? Dropped crossfit and ate like 1500 calories following your tips. Do you think I'd experience better results then? I'm sorry about all the questions. I'm just thankful to be getting some answers :). Thank you!

That's the thing, I'm not sure. Everything I've read screams "JUNK FOOD = BAD" but then I post on here and I get bombarded by people here saying that I'm not eating enough and very few give tips on how to improve.

So what do you reccomend? Should I just cut out most of my workout? What are some ways I can get in some extra calories that's not junk food?

My command sets up a specific time through the day where we have to go workout. It's mandatory. So it's not like I get much of a choice. THEN I stand 24 hour watches ON TOP of an 8 hour workday the next day. I do this every 4 days. You do the math. I don't get much time.

I give myself 2 days a week for muscle repair. I drink the shakes because I'm In the navy and don't get a whole lot of time to eat a meal.
