Another question when I first got the jawbone playing around there was menu where I could check if I was swimming, walking, or doing the stairs. I can not find that anymore could you tell me if u seen that or know where it's at?

Everyday I try to do something different. 30 min treadmill 30 min elliptical 30 min circuit training 30 min weight training 30 min JM30DS Always get at least 1hr. work out..

Done the great thing about doing JM30S you get the work out with the crunches!! I hope walking the mall counts..

I was a diet coke crack head.. Had to have it morning, noon, and night. I went cold turkey about 5 months ago and I can really see the difference. For the first 2 weeks I had really bad headache but not any more. I also gave up juice and coffee. Now I drink green tea and lots of water..

So we are going to repeat the 2 challenge and replace a meal with a salad... I think I can handle that need to drop 5lb by July..
