  • I gained 1.7 pounds. For the overall month, I am currenlty at a loss of only .4 lbs. Hoping to see a loss next week because I am getting back on track!
  • THANK YOU for this! I read through the part about glycogen stores, and it makes a lot of sense now why my weight goes up after bunging even when I don't eat sodium. I always knew it wasn't "real" but this really made sense!

  • Good question! 1) Try to work treats into my daily calories and avoid all out binge days,etc. 2) Stay accountable on MFP and actually stick to it until I reach my goal and into maintenance a little as well,so I know how to eat to avoid bouncing back(which I know all too well, unfortunately).
