The core problem is because I no longer have the motivation to push forth. Thats why its been on and off... The purpose of this post is to get feedbacks from people who's at least gone through what I have and see what they did to get back the motivation.

Well, I'm an L size now by normal standard wear, I'd like to be an M, and have less fat around the belly area.. Thats my goal, I'd like to be M by Feb 2016. Sounds workable enough, I hope..

I think, generally you will feel a lot happier in your own skin and have more confidence. And this will definitely make you appear more attractive to everyone else. I have fitbit one.. and i love it... it helps with the TDEE conundrum. And I have never been without it ever since I got it and I dont think I can live without it now.. lol got too dependent on it already...hehe

I dont remove them. I opt for sugarless, low carb and gluten free that is considerably low in cal alternatives..slightly more expensive but worth every penny IMO. tastes just as good if not better :smile:

I try to eat lighter breakfast and lunch and usually leave about 600 cals for dinner and snacks. You dont have to stop just opt for a lower cal alternative for example i eat chocolate for snacks but i buy the sugarless kind, gluten free and low in carbs. I have the FitBit One and I'm 40E. It's super comfortable. I clip it in between my cups and the front facing inside the flesh so as to avoid it falling off. I hardly notice I'm wearing it. It's great!
