The trick is your NET calories should be 1200. If you work out, eat more. If you sit around eat 1200, but eat low calorie high fiber foods, like veggies and lean protein so you're not starving. I have Rebok EasyTones. I don't think they are very comfortable and because I have low arches they hurt after wearing them for very long periods of time. They're weird to walk in but I have noticed a difference in the shape of my legs and butt.

I've actually looked this up on other fitness sites and it hardly burns anything. According to other sites ONE HOUR of VIGOROUS sex only burns around 86 calories. Not really worth counting. Just consider it a bonus.

I did a little research and what I found is that it should be between 30 and 50. I don't know what it does to weight but I know it affects a lot of conditions (like MS). I also found out that it's nearly impossible to overdose on Vitamin D so you may just want to start taking a supplement. I hope that helps.

Well, I also find that weight has a lot to do with it too. My friend and I can enter the same activity on here for the same amount of time and one of us shows to burn many more calories but we are very different weights. That may account for the people who burn so much walking.
