For sure! We're all built differently. I'm 5'7", 134, but am a bit chunky for my build. It's all about what makes YOU comfortable. Good luck :) Oh, and my goal weight is 126. I got there this fall, and then, you know....THE HOLIDAYS.

Though I'm 5'7", I'm built pretty slender, and at my top weight of 143, looked pretty gross. Goal is 126. That's my not-too-skinny/toned/healthy ideal.
