This is what works for me...if I don't eat I don't loose. So my daily goal is 1310 calories. I exercise hard about 4 days out the week and burn anywhere from 700 to 1,000 calories. OMG this guy "pops" his gum the entire time he works out! I have earphones on and can still hear him. The other guy who sings while he works out and gets to certain parts of the song and yells. I plan most days and especially weekends which are my hardest days. My breakfast alternates between two meals so that's easy. Lunch and dinner I plan also because I plan my meals for my family for week too.If I don't plan, I always go over.

I agree the migraines may because of going cold turkey off caffeine. I am the opposite I haven't done caffeine or pop in years so if I drink I get horrible headaches. As far as rejecting unhealthy food,I notice if I eat something very sweet or real heavy,fat, I feel horrible or even get a headache. I'm no doctor either but…
