100lbs lost in 11 Months

Hello MFP Users....

I was going to wait to post my 100lbs lost until the 12 month, but hey, already lost the 100 why not post them now :happy:

SW - 318
CW - 217.6

I often would frequent the success stories, they kept me going ...

I could never have imagined last year at this time that I would be saying I am 100 less heavy, but yup, it can be done!

I still have another 50 or so to lose....but, it's very doable. :tongue:

    WOW!! I love the fact that you took pictures monthly also. I agree that it is the before and after success stories that keep me coming back and saying I can't wait til that's me. Til I get to post a before and after - Kudos to you!!!!

    Thanks everyone...if it wasn't for this site ... and the users, I wouldn't have been able to keep up the loss.... Thank you!

    And yes, took monthly pics and posted them on my facebook...my way of making sure I wasn't slacking...every first of the month was picture day, and every 15th and 1st are weigh in days. I will continue to do this until I get to my goal weight of 160-150 ish. Not sure yet, I am 5'9" so we will see where I need to be for a healthy weight. and then maintain it for life.

    When I saw the first pic I thought you carried your weight so well. By the end, I couldn't believe you were still in the 200's! You look fantastic! You're such an inspiration. I can't wait to see your next set of success pics!
