I guess it depends what kind of intuitive eating it is. A salad and chicken or a milkshake and cookies? Lol

Oh yeah there are some exceptions to the rule like apples and peanut butter. I don't know everything about food combining I just happened to glance at it. :-P

They say that your body produces certain intestinal juices to digest different types of food and if you combine them properly it digests a lot faster.

Carbs and meats do not mix.

Quick food combining lesson Fruits by themselves Meats can go with veggies Carbs can go with veggies Legumes can go with all but fruit. Water inbetween meals only.

Ask them to not put butter on the muffin part. They put melted butter on with a paint brush.

I have lost some weight already. Now that I'm pretty thin it just seems like the weight loss has stopped and I'm looking for a way to shake things up. I noticed the people who are very thin on media usually have some kind of fad diet they are following. Like a juice cleanse, or low carb etc... I have not been working out…

I sort of understand the atkins. I really didn't want to do that diet. I was trying to see if something with a little more carbs would still cause people to lose lbs... Atkins is too dramatic for me. That makes alot of sense steve. I like the idea of still having fruits and vegetables because I'm not really wanting to eat meat. Only eggs and cheese I'm ok with.. I don't know maybe low carb is not for me.

I am having this struggle too its because I want to see the scale move faster but its easier to gain weight back that way I noticed.

Adjust the scale so it makes you 20 pounds lighter. Easy!

My belly looks like yours too. I feel like looking close up makes it look worse. If you take in your whole look together face/armslegs/chest etc.. You will feel more beautiful. Add in personality and we are both knock outs lol. Just how I look at it~

There is butter they put on grilled chicken and they don't measure it.

I find this helpful. I am planning for this to be my two main meals give or take an apple or two for breakfast or snack. I know a salad with everything on it seems like a lot but I don't want to feel overly hungry.. I can make sure its not a lot of toppings though.
