I do a couple apple days when I plateau where I only eat 5 or 6 apples and then I start losing again. Works for me.

I have an Isagenix shake for Breakfast and Supper so I am yay...

Isagenix is great - I've been using it for over a year now it is a meal replacement for 2 of your meals and uses all your protein points. Google it.. I use the chocolate I don't like the vanilla. Hubby puts a banana in his LOL

Lifetime and Snapfitness are both 24/7 - Lifefitness is manned 24 hours but at Snapfitness you have a key card and you can enter anytime you want. I prefer to go in the evenings though as it makes me tired.

I feel your pain I'm in a similiar situation. I lost weight this past year and gained alot back over christmas. Now I can't lose it for the life of me. Same thing joined a gym and everything. I can eat or not eat and it doesn't matter. Hopefully someone else knows.
