How Often do you Eat!?

Hey Everyone,

I was just curious as to how much and how often you all are eating!? Is there a certain rule/law that we should be following when we are eatingi!?

    I eat 5x a day and it's relatively evenly distributed between 8am - 8pm.

    I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks..Seems to be working good for me, I just watch my portions and make healthier choices that are filling! I also drink lost of water.

    I eat 3 meals a day too, and usually have 2-3 snacks, but I heard that you should eat every 2-3 hours!? Is that true!?

    I've always done every 2-3 hours. Be it a whole bunch of meals, or carrots one snack and dinner the other ;) Keeps the metabolism going.

    4-5 always, but today only 3 because they were more caloric than usually (included baked turkey,ops)

    I eat between 6 and 8 times a day, usually every 2 hours. I find I eat a lot less in meals if I am not starving between them.

    I probably snack every 2 hours. My snacks are usually just fruit or veggies. As far as meals go probably 3 times a day.

    I eat 5x a day. I try to make my 2 snack about 100-300 cals and my 3 meals are about 300 cals. Take a peak at other members diary to get meal ideas.

    I am doing P90X, and following the nutrition plan, so , I"m trying to consume 1800 calories/ day, so I'm trying to just get the hang of it! I dont know why im having such issues with it!

    I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks.....sometimes the snacks have more calories than the meal :-)

    I need my evening snack....usually some yogurt or a slice of bread with peanut butter to keep me from wanting to snack on junk food.

    I've been doing this for about 85 days now and have never been hungry, so it's working great for me..

    I have lost 22 pounds.

    I just make sure I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Usually a haelthy sack in between, but nothing after dinner.
