i would move on up by 10 days cause you don't want your body to get to accustomed to the same workout. I find that if I don't vary what I do I plateau very quickly! Just do your best!

I am 7 months postpartum. Just want you to know that just bc you are breastfeeding doesn't mean you can't exercise or watch what you eat. You can actually type in breastfeeding in your breakfast and it gives you an additional 500 calories a day. I don't do that now (only cause my kiddo is older and it is all working fine)…

I use circuit training as my bootcamp and just input my time. usually around 600 calories per hour
