Please share how you make them pumpkin pie flavored.. I keep mine pretty plain. Chocolate protein, powdered peanut butter and almond milk. These are easy for me to make and drink on the way to work.

The hardest thing I had to learn was "No thank you." My issue is a work. The lady who sits next to me is such a sweetheart. She has a desk drawer full of different types of snacks that she is always offering them to everyone. At first I felt I had to accept. But now I don't. I just let her know that I appreciate her…
